We use causative verb to talk about an action that is done by someone else for us or for another person. The subject of the sentence caused the action to happen but they paid/told/ordered someone else to do it.
There are two kinds of causative. The active causative and the passive causative.
Active causative :
Let/make/have someone do something (Let/make/have + direct object + bare infinitive + indirect object)
get someone to do something (get + direct object + to infinitive + indirect object)
Passive causative :
Let/make/have/get something done. (Let/make/have + indirect object + past participle)
